Please download our Advertiser Checklist (PDF format) and return it to us before mailing, faxing, or uploading your advertisement to our designer or your advertising representative.

Please mail or fax a proof for all ads submitted. Without a proof, we cannot be held accountable for any errors. Canon proofs can be printed and mailed to you upon request. ($30 per proof)

PRINT AD SPECIFICATIONS
Resolution: 300 d.p.i. or higher Colors: Four-color process (CMYK) Size: (see below) Incorrectly sized
ads will be returned for correction.

FORMATS & APPLICATIONS
Acceptable programs: Quark XPress®, (with all supporting files, including Mac fonts and images)
Adobe Photoshop®, (flattened) Adobe Illustrator® (with all linked files included and all fonts converted
to outlines)

or Acceptable file types:
PDF (flattened with all fonts embedded)
EPS (with all fonts embedded)
TIFF (flattened)
